@ Kenston - please read in FULL before doing anything...
You probably have a virus and it has crashed your system, corrupted your application-file associations and sorry you probably lost everything on that particular hard drive unless you backed up your files.
If you can get into your operating system environment (Windows) then try to transfer off any important files to another hard drive.
Or...
If you can open up your system remove the hard drive and access the hard drive from another computer using a dock port (or similar usb external hard drive interface device). Transfer off the important files off to a new hard drive.
You may be able to save your 'corrupted' hard drive by formatting it AFTER you have transferred off your important files.
